Dogs play an important part in many people’s lives. Whether working dogs or family pets, they have an enormous amount to give. As well as the comfort and joy they provide, many carry out life-saving work, such as all assistance dogs; give emotional support to the sick or elderly; or, as loved family pets, help younger family members learn to take responsibility and look after others.
